You must not immediately attend the surgery if you are displaying symptoms suggestive of Covid-19. This is to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Please contact the surgery for an initial telephone consultation if you are unwell with Covid-19 or if you are displaying symptoms suggestive of Covid-19 and feel that you require an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to arrange an appointment for you at a suitable time when the surgery is less busy.

If you display any of the following symptoms you should self isolate book a Covid-19 test:

• Persistent dry cough
• Fever
• Loss of taste and/or loss of smell
