Prescriptions can be ordered over the phone, through your local pharmacy o by handing in repeat medication slips to the reception desk.

You do not need to collect the paper prescription from the reception desk. We will send this directly to a pharmacy of your choice. Medication can then be collected from the pharmacy, usually after five days.

Repeat and acute prescriptions can be requested by phoning the practice and selecting option 3. Please leave your name, date of birth and clearly state the medications and dosages that you require and the pharmacy that you want the prescription sent to.

Please try to order medication five days before it is due.
