The South Glasgow Primary Care Mental Health Team, known as ‘Wellbeing’, can be accessed directly without seeing a GP. They provide help with the following problems:
- Low mood
- Anxiety
- Panic attacks
- Anger
- Stress
- Poor sleep
- Low self esteem
They can be contacted from Monday to Friday 8.30AM until 4.30PM on 0141 232 2555. Further information on the services that they provide can be found by clicking here. They also provide self help resources on their website.
Lifelink are a charity who provide support and counselling for people with mental health problems. You can self refer to Lifelink by phoning 0141 552 4434 or by submitting an online form that you can access on their website.
Please note that Wellbeing will only see patients over the age of 18 but Lifelink provide a service for young people between the ages of 11 and 18. Lifelink will also see adults.
